There’s a story here. We were all set up for the book launch—decorations, food, everything—when I opened the box from the distributor and found that they’d SENT THE WRONG BOOKS!

But never fear: it was librarians to the rescue! They sprang into action, calling the bookshops in town, securing loans for the launch, even running through the heat and crowds—in high heels, no less!—to pick the books up!
